School Holiday Courses

Our school holiday courses are designed to teach children stable management and horsemanship whilst having fun.We have at least one course running in every holiday and a few throughout the summer. We run a range of different courses from own-a-pony days to picnic rides, for beginners to advanced riders of all ages, so there will always be one to suit you. Other days are more closely based around the riding aspect of horsemanship and could focus on jumping, dressage, cross country or all three. You will be professionally coached to improve your riding skills.

We occasionally hold ‘mini shows’ where you can compete on our horses against other riders and be judged to find a winner. 

What you can expect on a pony care day

• Learning about the general keep of a horse or pony and how to complete tasks safely and correctly.
• Fun activities and games, the day is action packed and full to the brim with horsey education!
• Riding on every course, whether it’s on the ménage, hacking out or through the fields.
• Enjoy the outdoors with a hands-on approach to horses.
• Relaxed atmosphere.
• Children make new friends.
• Structured day - we’re on the go all the time!
